Jennifer’s career in Account Planning began in the emergency room. At University of Kentucky Hospital, she worked in the trauma unit, looking for patterns in statistics (like increases in unrestrained motor vehicle accidents among teenage drivers) and recommending communications programs (like going to high schools to teach teens why driving without a seatbelt is a terrible idea).
After earning an MBA from Emory University, she headed to New York City. There she spent a few years at MVBMS/Euro RSCG on the MCI/1-800-COLLECT account. Unable to stand the winters (despite a childhood in Pittsburgh), she migrated west to Los Angeles. After a ten-year stint at DDB (working with clients like Ameriquest Mortgage, Southern California Edison, Hasbro, and Smashbox Cosmetics), she landed at Dailey. Here her duties include getting people fired up about digging for insights, turning research on its ear, inspiring creatives and avoiding the emergency room.
